Energy is defined as the ability to do work, which is when a force is applied to an object and it moves.
Energy is divided into two types, POTENTIAL ENERGY AND KINETIC ENERGY.
Potential energy is the energy stored in an object.
Kinetic energy is the energy that a moving object has.
Energy is measured in Joules (J).
